The foundation of our success was laid by the Late Sri Khanayilal Agrawal, who established the company to meet growing local demand by launching a modern edible oil unit equipped with in-house processing and refining.
Today, the group has diversified significantly across various fields under the guidance of Mr. Shiva Shankar Agrawal, who serves as Chairman. The day-to-day operations and strategic expansions are expertly managed by his sons, Mr. Lalit Kumar Agrawal (MD/CEO) and Mr. Krishna Agrawal (MD). Together, they have driven the company's growth by establishing a prominent international trading house alongside several export-oriented manufacturing units operating under Sarswati Plastics.
